About Sherwin
Sherwin Gardner is a Caribbean gospel and reggae worship artist from Trinidad and Tobago. The son of Rev. Merle Gardner, he grew up in a home where faith and music spoke the same language — and he has been singing since the age of five.
Guided by mentors including Kennedy Patterson and Bishop Ivan Patterson, Sherwin released his debut album, Power in the Name, at just seventeen, and has since become a true pioneer of Caribbean gospel — carrying the sound of the islands to the nations.
Across forty years of ministry and music, he has shared stages and songs with some of gospel’s most celebrated voices, including CeCe Winans, Israel Houghton, Jonathan Nelson, Papa San and Todd Dulaney, and has been recognised at the Dove Awards Welcome Luncheon.
With billions of streams and views to his name, a shelf of awards and a message that never wavers, Sherwin Gardner keeps doing what he has always done: leading people into worship.
